APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Salt Lake City

Moved in here August 5th! Place is a great location accessible to downtown and other major highways within Salt Lake. There are some GREAT food options around here, Pho Tay Ho, Groves Market and curry in a hurry are some of my favourites! Rent is very reasonable per sq ft and the apartments have on duty maintenance guys that will accommodate requests, usually under 24hrs. The management is PHENOMINAL. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received from an apartment complex. Each member: Ben, Victoria and Marissa are very friendly and helpful. Theygo above and beyond expectations to make you feel satisfied. They have a pool and a couple BBQs! There is even a mini dog park! Only downside is that it needs to be cleaned more frequently. Since I’ve moved in management has already repacked the entire parking lot, replaced most ACs and power washed everyone’s outside area for them. Definitely way more then my last place that hadn’t changed anything in a year! Highly recommend! Love this place!

Visiting the store is a lovely experience in itself. The staff there are very kind and very helpful.

I've lived here for 11 years. Back then there were a lot of drug related happeningsThe police were here a lot. There was even a murder! Over the years, owners and management changed quite often, which was kind of disturbing to me. Just when we got to know the staff and them us, new people arrived, and there went management and tenants relationship. It has however improved a great deal. I love that it has elevators. A more than a few here have physical disabilities. I live on the top floor and it's great. However, they do not always work! For almost 2 years, all 3 were down. They've been replaced. It's an older building, so we don't have modern kitchens, bathrooms etc. The units are big. And t4ge pool is beautiful. The current owner/managers, are trying really hard to upgrade. They replaced everything in the clubhouse, whis was pretty nice. It's nice now but they threw everything away! They could gave been donated or let us have first dibs. They just tossed it in the dumster like trash. Finally, the pool usually opens Memorial Day. I heard they are adding a hot tub. So we miss a month of swimming. They should have started that project a while ago. Now we have a beautiful pool we can't use. Overall, I'm happy its improved and I'm comfortable here. Thx!
