The community is under new management and the new staff is AWESOME. They are upgrading the units and the outcome is absolutely amazing with great value for money. They have done a lot of work in the exterior and amenities such as painting the exterior with very cool colors which are giving the community a very calm and welcoming atmosphere, and the clubhouse and lounge were upgraded with outstanding outcome. he onsite team is very helpful and professional, keeping the property very highly maintained and clean, and relating to any request and very quickly. We are so EXCITED with everything that is going on here!

This place has undergone some significant upgrades, and it's a night and day difference from before. For starters, the lounge & game room area is just amazing now. You'll want to have your friends over and hang out here. The property has a whole new look from the street, and it's really sharp. The inner courtyard is getting built out with a new shade structure, outdoor kitchen, new furniture and new spa and surrounding deck to be added to the pool. The manager says it will all be completed this summer. I love the sky deck above the pool with the views and open air feel. Great place to enjoy an evening. The newly renovated units with new kitchens (including dishwashers) are awesome and have a brand new feel to them. One of the best parts of living here is that you have Penny Anne's Cafe in the building, and they will deliver to your door. Their portions are so large that it's good for two meals, and the price is so good. A lot of bang for your buck here. Great food!

New management, staff, new club house, newly renovated apartments, clean, pet friendly, safe, secure, quiet, friendly, community, close to freeway, trax, bus, downtown, businesses, winco is walking distance, laundry room feels like a laundromat but nicer, mail room feels like a post office but nicer, club house feels like a show room, new pool tables, new gym, new pet stations and dog park, love the storage units in basement, love my apartment, new appliances. No complaints.

I love it here. Maintenance is great, I have lived in some places that I have to repeatedly put in requests and they never fix what is wrong. They come right out and fix it. They are remodeling many of the units and they look amazing. The grounds are clean, security is great. They remodeled the gym and club house and its beautiful. I actually hate leaving home now and love coming home. It is quiet and safe. Pet friendly to the point my pet feels welcomed not just allowed. I love it here.
